A lovely space for family fun

We had a spacious family suite with a beautiful balcony view of the vibrant surroundings. The aqua park and pools, especially the shaded one, were perfect for our kids. Easy access to the private beach and nearby restaurants made our stay enjoyable.

Unfortunately, we faced some uncooperative staff at the front desk, which made check-in quite frustrating. The food variety was bland and left us looking for better options elsewhere. Taxi services were also overpriced compared to local fares.

the room was not cleaned properly, with the bathroom bin never emptied, how delightful! it would have been nice if they had offered a complimentary upgrade since I’m definitely not your average guest. is there even a medical facility? everyone seemed so uninterested. i almost thought about giving a good review, but i just couldn’t.

the family suite was really spacious and clean, making our stay comfy. the beach was just a quick shuttle away, which was super convenient. the staff were generally friendly and helpful. food choices were decent, and we enjoyed the all-inclusive aspect. the pool area was nice with plenty of sunbeds and options to chill out.

the internet was kinda slow and cut out sometimes, which was annoying. also, the wait times at the bar were a bit too long, especially during peak hours.

Spent a week here and loved the beach bar. The staff at the bar were super fun, making the cocktails just right! The pool’s cool and perfect for kids, but the dining hall can get a bit chaotic at meal times, with people rushing in. it was a blast!

The stay was enjoyable, particularly due to the cleanliness of the facilities and the variety of food options available. The beach shuttle service was a great convenience, and the entertainment line-up offered numerous activities suitable for my kids aged 13, 12, 8, and 5. the front desk staff could have been more accommodating during check-in, and we had some concerns with the management of the gym facilities, as we often encountered younger children using them.

Our stay at the Ramada Resort in Lara was unforgettable! The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the beach access is a dream—only a 10-minute walk or a quick shuttle ride away. The food was fantastic, especially enjoying the various bars and dining options available near the beach. The highlight was the attentive staff, particularly Muhammad who took great care of us during our time at the beach hut. Truly a memorable experience!
